Where science and technology become systems people actually use.
FERMLLC Ventures is the product and technology portfolio of Félix E. Rivera-Mariani, PhD LLC — we build AI-assisted software platforms for youth sports, research laboratories, and personal planning, and custom systems for organizations that need decisions grounded in evidence.
A private venture that operates independently of Dr. Rivera-Mariani's academic appointment and does not represent the views of any current or past employer.
The products we build
Multi-tenant software platforms, built and operated in-house — with data governance designed in from the first commit.
Three shipped platforms · deployed through our technology branch, FERMLLC Technologies · multi-tenant architecture · de-identified data by design · built on a zero-dependency stack
DiamondIQ™
A public home for fans and families and a private analytics cockpit for coaches and admins — with youth data governed by design.
Open DiamondIQ — youth sports analytics → Sample-inventory platform for research labsAliquary™
Lightweight, secure, exportable sample inventory for investigator-led labs — barcode lookup, freezer maps, aliquot and freeze–thaw tracking, on de-identified data only.
Open Aliquary — lab sample inventory → Weekly planning and daily reflectionReflectWeekly™
Plan your week, reflect on your days, and decide better — set the few priorities that matter and let the patterns show you what next week needs.
Open ReflectWeekly — weekly planning & reflection → CUSTOM PLATFORMSBuilt for your operation
AI-assisted platforms, custom web applications, dashboards, and workflow systems tailored to how an organization actually works — built for small businesses, research teams, laboratories, and mission-driven organizations. We start with the smallest reliable version, validate it in real use, and expand only where the evidence supports it. AI assists and recommends; humans decide.

Founder & Principal
Félix E. Rivera-Mariani, PhD, FAAAAI
Founder and lead software engineer building AI-assisted custom software and analytics across domains, guiding the mission of interfacing science and technology for practical human impact.
A PhD scientist and elected Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology, trained in microbiology and immunology at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and in environmental health sciences at Johns Hopkins. Author of roughly fifty peer-reviewed publications and principal or co-investigator on federally and foundation-funded studies applying biomarker discovery, computational approaches, advanced data sciences and machine learning to complex health and environmental data.
That research background is paired with formal engineering training — more than forty graduate-level courses across data science, software development, bioinformatics, and computational biology, plus six generative-AI and AI-agent specializations completed in 2025. The combination is what lets a single technical founder carry a product from problem definition through architecture, deployment, and data governance.
His academic, research, and mentoring work remains separate and independent.
