Information we collect

When you submit an intake form on this site (the Consulting or Analytics request forms), we collect the name, organization, email address, audience type, and the description you provide. We use aggregated, anonymized website analytics to understand traffic and improve the site.

How we use information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for an engagement or pilot, and communicate about potential work. We do not sell your personal information.

Form submissions

Intake submissions are transmitted using a third-party email-delivery provider (Resend) and routed to the relevant FERMLLC branch business inbox. Please do not include sensitive personal, health, financial, or confidential information in the form.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our updates, we collect your email address and the topic interests you select, and process them using Mailchimp (Intuit) as our email service provider. We use double opt-in: you are not subscribed until you confirm via the email we send. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. We do not sell your email address.

Cookies & analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to measure aggregate site usage.

We also use Amplitude, a product analytics service, to understand how visitors navigate the site. Amplitude stores an anonymous device identifier in your browser and records page views and session activity. We have disabled IP address collection and do not use session recording. We do not use Amplitude to identify you personally.

Data retention & your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing us.

SMS data

If you opt into our SMS program, we collect your mobile number and message-interaction data to send and manage the messages you requested. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties except as needed to operate the messaging service (e.g., our SMS provider).
